Two people were arrested in connection with the homicide of police officer Rodolfo Manfredi, which occurred in the city of Rosario, province of Santa Fe. During raids carried out by security forces, three firearms, more than 150 projectiles and various items of clothing bearing stains consistent with blood were seized.
The killing of officer Manfredi constitutes a serious matter that mobilised investigative teams in the region. The detainees have been placed at the disposal of the judiciary whilst investigations continue to determine their degree of involvement in the crime.
