A grey Renault Clio with a current seizure order was recovered on Monday afternoon in Villa Carlos Paz, according to eldiariodecarlospaz.com.ar. The automobile was parked on public land on Perito Moreno Avenue, in the Solares de las Ensenadas neighbourhood.
The discovery took place after 3 p.m., when officers from the Preventative Action Command (CAP), Zone I, were carrying out preventative patrol duties in the area.
Upon checking the vehicle, the uniformed officers consulted the registration details of the licence plate in the police system. The verification revealed that the automobile had a seizure order requested by the Judicial Unit of Villa Carlos Paz.
After involving the corresponding magistrate, the seizure of the Renault Clio was ordered and its transfer to the police impound, where it was placed at the disposition of the judiciary.
To date, the reasons that motivated the seizure request for the vehicle have not been reported.
