Victim admitted to hospital
The 35-year-old was admitted to Ried im Innkreis hospital with serious injuries. The 16-year-old passenger of the driver sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment.
The 15-year-old Romanian is being reported to the state prosecutor's office in Ried im Innkreis and the district authority in Ried for multiple violations.
