DHnet reports that around 8 p.m. on Wednesday 28 October, traffic police intercepted a man travelling at 25 km/h on the motorway towards Brussels, at the level of Crisnée.
The moped rider was visibly under the influence of narcotics. A search revealed that he was carrying a small quantity of ketamine. The exact circumstances of his presence on this motorway axis remain unclear at this stage of the investigation.
The individual was in a condition that did not allow him to be questioned by law enforcement. No accident occurred following this incident, which could have proved particularly dangerous on a high-speed axis.
