According to eldia.com.bo, a Paraguayan woman identified as María Belén Arrua Cantero was apprehended and transferred to the headquarters of the Special Force to Combat Crime (FELCC) in connection with the murder of two Brazilian citizens in the Valle Sánchez area, opposite Viru Viru international airport, in Santa Cruz.
The woman was found in a residence in the Aqualand housing development at the moment when the perpetrators of the attack took the lives of the two foreigners.
