At around 2:30 a.m., a patrol from St. Gallen cantonal police noticed a vehicle on a field track in Tübach. The officers blocked the path and stopped the car. The driver, dressed entirely in black, exited and reluctantly followed the officers' instructions. During the inspection of the 54-year-old Swiss national, gloves, a balaclava and a torch were seized. The police also found a crowbar and further tools in the vehicle. The man was arrested and the vehicle was secured by police.
