Police in Canton St.Gallen discovered a professionally equipped greenhouse for cannabis during a search. A man is in custody.
Indoor cannabis farm discovered in Untereggen SG
During a raid on a commercial property in Untereggen, St.Gallen, police officers discovered a highly sophisticated cannabis plantation. The search was conducted on behalf of the responsible public prosecutor's office.
The officers found approximately 120 plants and seized around 35 kilograms of the narcotic substance. Samples were sent to the laboratory for investigation. The facility, living plants and drugs were later destroyed.
A 32-year-old local man was arrested at his home. He is accused of operating the plantation and trafficking in the substance.
