Masked robber raids two petrol stations in St. Gallen and Liechtenstein
A masked man robbed two petrol station shops in St. Gallen and Bendern (FL) on Saturday evening and stole over 1,000 francs. He fled on an e-scooter.
Robber strikes twice – manhunt underway
A masked perpetrator robbed two petrol station shops in the border region between St. Gallen and Liechtenstein on Saturday evening, according to Blick. The haul: over 1,000 francs in cash.
At around 20:30, the man threatened staff at the Coop petrol station near Haag-Center with a knife. He then fled on a black e-scooter in the direction of the motorway.
Just minutes later, he allegedly struck again – this time at a petrol station shop in Bendern in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The St. Gallen Cantonal Police are investigating jointly with the Liechtenstein State Police.
According to the Cantonal Police, the man is approximately 160 to 175 cm tall and of slim build with dark eyes. He wore black clothing and white shoes, along with a baseball cap and a pink cloth that covered his face.
