A 31-year-old woman was robbed by several young men in Fribourg. Police have identified four suspects aged between 17 and 20 years.
Armed robbery in Fribourg: police arrest four suspects
A 31-year-old woman was the victim of an armed robbery in Fribourg. The incident occurred during the night of 6 June.
Several attackers threatened the woman with a bladed weapon. Whilst three of them were directly involved in the robbery, a further man waited in a vehicle. The robbers gained access to a safe and stole a four-figure amount in Swiss francs from it.
Investigators were able to locate the four suspects. They are young adults aged 17 to 20 years who live in the region. Their nationalities span Switzerland, Eritrea, the Congo and Spain. Three of those arrested are in custody. Part of the stolen money was recovered.
