Police from the Drug Enforcement Service arrested two men, aged 23 and 24, following a raid on a residence, where 965 grammes of cannabis and two precision scales were found.

Officers from the Drug Enforcement Service conducted a raid on a residence in Nicosia, resulting in the arrest of two individuals aged 23 and 24. The operation was carried out in the morning on the basis of a search warrant.
The officers searched the basement area of the house where the 23-year-old resides. There they found a quantity of dried cannabis weighing 965 grammes, along with two electronic precision scales.
Both detainees were remanded in custody. During interrogation, they provided certain explanations which are being investigated. They are expected to be brought before the Nicosia District Court for the issuance of remand orders.
