Law enforcement in the northern zone of Santo Domingo detained three men evading justice, along with nine individuals caught committing crimes, during security operations in which a thousand drug doses were also seized.

Over the past twenty-four hours, officials of the Regional Directorate of the National Police in Santo Domingo Norte arrested three men who were sought by the judiciary for committing various crimes. The operations were carried out at various points in the municipality, according to a statement issued by the institution.
In parallel, nine individuals were caught in flagrante delicto during surveillance operations aimed at maintaining public order. Additionally, six arrests ordered by courts were executed.
As part of these procedures, officers seized a thousand doses of different illicit substances, including cannabis and cocaine. Radio communication equipment, slot machines, vehicles used for investigations, sharp weapons, and cash were also confiscated.
The detainees will be handed over to the Public Ministry for the corresponding legal proceedings.
