The Central Investigation Directorate (Dicrim) has activated an operation to locate three individuals who allegedly participated in a violent incident in which a woman identified as Marlin Miossoti Jiménez Berliza was affected in Cotuí.
The fugitives go by the names of Randy Rafael Sánchez, nicknamed "Randy El Macorisano"; Darlin Ariel Pérez Mota, known as "Darlin El Penco"; and Erick Mendoza. Authorities warn that they could be carrying weapons and are requesting caution.
The judicial order against them bears the number 2026-AJ0046602 and links them to offences contemplated in articles 265 and 266 of the Dominican Criminal Code, relating to criminal organisations, as well as to the alleged commission of attempted homicide and violation of regulations concerning the carrying and use of firearms.
The police institution requested public collaboration to obtain leads on the whereabouts of these men. The public can make contact through the number 849-452, dialling extensions 5508 or 5509, with a guarantee of anonymity.
Patrols and tactical teams maintain deployments in the region with the objective of capturing those implicated and bringing them before the courts.
