Jevgeni Andrejenok, a young man from Kohtla-Järve facing terrorism charges, is causing constant problems at Tallinn prison: flooding his cell, covering cameras and provoking guards to fight.

Postimees reports that 19-year-old Jevgeni Andrejenok from Kohtla-Järve, who is on trial for a terrorism offence, has become a serious problem for guards at Tallinn prison. The young man repeatedly floods his cell floor with several centimetres of water, covers surveillance cameras and door viewing ports, and provokes guards to fight.
Andrejenok has been placed in solitary confinement, where the prison's most dangerous inmates are held. His freedom of movement is strictly limited: he is only allowed out of his cell for one hour a day in an exercise yard, and must spend the remaining 23 hours in his cell. A surveillance camera is in place to ensure continuous monitoring.
