On 13 July, at approximately 17:10, on Vytautas Prospekt in Kaunas in a public space, a heavily intoxicated man behaved extremely aggressively and assaulted two women.
According to Kaunas District Police, the suspect was born in 1977. He assaulted the two injured women who were born in 1993 and 1991 respectively. The man refused to submit to a sobriety test at the scene of the incident.
