The chief police commissariat of Kaunas district received a report on 3 June at approximately 17.50 on a person wielding a knife in a public place in Pašušvis village, Kėdainiai district, according to 15min.

Officers who rushed to the scene detained a 29-year-old man who, whilst intoxicated, threatened bystanders with a knife. When checked with an alcohol metre, he showed 2.48 per mille – corresponding to a moderate level of intoxication.
