On 11 February of the previous year, when the capital was covered in a white layer of snow, a valuable "Mercedes AMG G 63" disappeared from a poorly maintained car park. This incident is described on Lrytas.lt.
The aggrieved car owner is Rokas V., a transport industry representative. He and his life partner, a dental professional, regularly participate in endurance races on unpaved tracks. Their garage also houses an electric "Porsche Taycan 4S", which is operated by his wife.
Upon noticing that the off-road vehicle was missing, the man immediately contacted the law enforcement authorities. Arriving forensic specialists began investigating the circumstances of the incident. Marks found on the winter surface later became an essential fact in the legal dispute.
Court materials revealed a strange situation: the case involves passion for speed, nocturnal marks in the snow, expert examination results that provided no value, the strange motives presented by insurers regarding the wife's sports car, and ultimately data gathered by the insurance representatives themselves, which turned the accusations against them.
