The director of the Scientific, Penal and Forensic Investigation Body (CICPC), Douglas Rico, informed via his Instagram account on 31 March of the arrest of a 27-year-old man identified by the initials J.A.Y.C., accused of repeatedly assaulting his ex-partner in the El Naranjal sector, El Paraíso parish, in Cota 905, Caracas.
