Cocaine and cannabis worth €150,000 seized in Swords, teen charged
Gardaí searched a home in Swords, Co. Dublin on Friday, uncovering €150,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis. A male in his late teens has been arrested and charged.

Gardaí have seized suspected cocaine and cannabis with an estimated street value of €150,000 following a search of a private residence in Swords, Co. Dublin, irishmirror.ie reports.
Officers conducted the operation on Friday, 9th October 2026, under warrant, as part of an ongoing investigation into a separate incident that occurred in the area. Full details of that incident have not been disclosed.
Alongside the drugs, investigators recovered drug paraphernalia, cash and a number of other items. All seized substances are to be forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for laboratory analysis.
A Garda Síochána spokesperson confirmed the outcome to the Irish Mirror: "A large quantity of suspected drugs was seized, predominantly cocaine and cannabis to the estimated street value of €150,000 along with additional drug paraphernalia, cash and other items."
A male in his late teens was arrested at the scene and conveyed to a Garda station in Co. Dublin. He has since been charged and is due to appear before the court on a date yet to be confirmed.
