A 26-year-old man has been charged over the kidnap and murder of Jack Sullivan, found injured in a Hertfordshire car park. Sullivan died in hospital on 26 June.

Google News UK — Crime (en) reports that Kevhaunne Williams, 26, of Beechfield Walk, Waltham Abbey, has been charged with the kidnap and murder of Jack Sullivan, who was 21 years old at the time of his death.
Essex Police said Sullivan, also from Waltham Abbey, was kidnapped from the town on 22 June before being found seriously injured in a car park in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. He was taken to hospital, where he died four days later, on 26 June.
Williams was due to appear before Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Thursday, the force confirmed.
Detectives had previously appealed for public help in locating Sullivan's blue Louis Vuitton trainers, valued at approximately £1,000.
The investigation remains ongoing, Essex Police said. A 24-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy, both from London, remain on conditional bail.
