A 45-year-old man was arrested and charged after Police Scotland were called to a disturbance outside Govan Gaelic Primary School in Glasgow on Bank Holiday Monday, the Daily Express reports.

Officers were dispatched to the Burndyke Court area of Glasgow at around 9am on 31 August following a report of a man causing a disturbance. Several police vehicles attended the scene, and footage shared on social media showed officers near a police van in the vicinity of the school.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed the details: "Around 9am on Monday, August 31 police were called to a report of a man causing a disturbance in the Burndyke Court area of Glasgow. Officers attended and a 45-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident."

The man will be the subject of a report submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
