The incident took place at the junction of Cavendish Street and Lawkholme Lane at just after 8pm. A man in his 30s was first assaulted on the street by another man, who then got into a BMW and drove it directly at him.

The victim was hit by the vehicle and sustained a leg injury. He was taken to hospital for treatment; the injury is not being treated as life-threatening.

Bradford CID has confirmed that multiple enquiries are ongoing. Officers are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or who holds relevant footage to come forward.
