Google News UK — Crime (en) reports that three people have now been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old David Wynter at Brent Civic Centre in Wembley.

Wynter was attacked on Engineers Way at approximately 14:30 BST on 25 August and died as a result of his injuries.

A 15-year-old boy was the first to be charged with murder, two days after the attack. Two further teenagers — a 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old Jahquarn St Hillaire — were subsequently charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon on Saturday.

The 15-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at the Old Bailey on 24 September. St Hillaire and the 17-year-old are due before Willesden Magistrates' Court on Monday.

A fourth suspect, Diego Farquharson, 20, of Birchen Grove, Brent, has been charged with assisting an offender and is also due to appear before magistrates on Monday.

The Metropolitan Police said Wynter's family continue to receive support from the force. Investigators described the inquiry as ongoing and urged anyone with relevant information or footage to come forward.

Additional patrols have been deployed in the area in the wake of the stabbing.
