Demar Rashard Walker pleaded guilty on Thursday to first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping, stemming from an incident at the Budget Inn on February 1, 2024, according to the 15th Circuit Solicitor's Office.
Circuit Court Judge B. Alex Hyman handed down a 20-year sentence on each charge, with the terms running concurrently. Walker is ineligible for parole and must register as a sex offender for life upon his release.
