Joseph Clark, 49, was arrested on two counts of second-degree murder after allegedly killing his pregnant wife Noelle in their Vail, Arizona home on 9 October.

Husband held on $1m bond after pregnant wife found dead in garage
Court documents have revealed graphic details about the killing of a pregnant woman at her home on the 17000 block of South Ridgerunner Drive in Vail, Arizona, according to kold.com. Her husband, a Glendale firefighter, is accused of carrying out the attack on Friday, 9 October.
Pima County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to a reported domestic disturbance and detained Joseph Clark, 49, as he attempted to walk out of the front door. Inside, they found the bloodied and beaten body of Noelle Clark covered with a blanket in the garage. Two young children were found unharmed on the stairs.
Investigators say Joseph Clark beat Noelle Clark with his hands and a belt before stabbing her in the chest — all inside their children's bedroom. He then allegedly dragged her body through the home, placed her in the garage, and ran her over with a vehicle.
Deputies recovered a bloody knife from the children's bedroom, where a pool of blood and blood splatter were also found. Bloody drag marks led from that room to the garage, and tire marks were visible both on the garage floor and on Noelle Clark's arms. Two belt marks on her back matched a belt found in the children's bedroom. Construction nails were embedded in the door frames of at least two rooms.
Joseph Clark told investigators his wife had been electronically torturing him, and that this was why he killed her. He claimed he had been "tortured, shocked over a couple of years" and that all his teeth "popped out from being zapped." Investigators found no visible or obvious injuries on his body.
Investigators also said Clark had made plans to dispose of his wife's body.
Clark was charged with two counts of second-degree murder. His bond was set at $1 million.
