Const. Peter Guy Forbes, a 26-year member of the Kingston Police, was arrested on Sept. 26 at approximately 1:35 a.m. in the area of Brock Street. He faces two charges: impaired operation of a conveyance and exceeding the legal blood alcohol concentration limit.
Forbes was transported to Kingston Police headquarters following the incident and subsequently released with a court date to be determined.
