A 51-year-old individual was arrested following an unsuccessful attempt to break into a clothing store located in Villa Krause, within the Rawson department. The target of the attack was the shop called "Tu Facha", which is situated on Boulevard Sarmiento.

Everything began when those responsible for the visual monitoring centre noticed, through the screens, that a person was attempting to force open the door of the establishment to steal goods. The action failed: the individual fled on foot, without managing to take any merchandise.

The alert was transmitted immediately to patrol units from the South Command who were operating in the area. With the detailed description of the fugitive, officers organised a closure operation in the zone. During a search through the intersection of Alvear and Kennedy streets, they located someone who matched the description received perfectly.

Upon detaining and searching him, the agents discovered a pair of scissors with a red handle amongst his clothing, an item that he allegedly used to force entry to the shop. Once his background had been checked and his participation verified through the footage, the individual was apprehended under the flagrant crime procedure.
