On 24 June 2026 at approximately 20:20, a 41-year-old woman in Kufstein became the victim of an assault. On the pavement of Willy-Graf-Straße, two women unknown to her rushed towards her.
One of the two attackers attempted to seize the victim's handbag. However, the 41-year-old reacted immediately and defended herself with loud cries. The perpetrators then pushed her to the ground.
Despite the violence, the robbers were unable to obtain their prize. They were forced to flee empty-handed. The victim suffered only minor injuries in the attack.
