Fresh charges brought against woman from circle of late senior justice official Pilnacek
The state prosecutor's office in St. Pölten has again brought charges against a woman who is counted as part of the circle of the late high-ranking justice official Christian Pilnacek. The proceedings are now being conducted before the Krems regional court, as reported by Kurier.
The defendant, identified as W., faces several charges: she is alleged to have made false statements in court. She is also accused of permanently appropriating another person's property. Additionally, she is suspected of processing digital information for her own benefit or to the detriment of others.
A former flat-mate of the main defendant, identified as P., has also been charged. She too faces allegations of unlawfully depriving another person of property and unlawful handling of data.
Once again, a computer belonging to the late section head at the justice ministry has become the focus of the investigation.
