A 33-year-old Austrian had been removed from the premises multiple times by venue security staff due to his aggressive behaviour. During this, he injured a security man in the face.
When officers arrested the 33-year-old, he resisted forcefully. A police officer was injured, and damage was caused to a patrol car. During the arrest, the man's 29-year-old brother intervened. He injured a police officer in the altercation.
Following police measures, both were released and charged. The Innsbruck prosecutor's office is taking over the further pursuit of the matter.
