Special forces of the Vienna Police observed several drug sales in Meidling and arrested two young men. During searches, they found several kilograms of cannabis resin as well as thousands of euros in cash.

Special forces of the Vienna Police observed several drug sales in the Meidling district on Tuesday evening and arrested two young men. Officers from the EGS unit intervened at approximately 18:30 and were able to apprehend two suspects aged 22 and 26.
The officers seized several kilograms of cannabis resin from both men and from the flat of the older suspect. They also found approximately 9,000 euros in cash in small notes, which are typical for drug transactions.
The suspects were taken into custody. Three buyers aged between 25 and 29 years were also charged.
