An individual who was being held in detention in Argentine territory was handed over to Chilean authorities through an extradition process, as part of an investigation into the crime of kidnapping.
The transfer of the suspect was completed at Paso Pino Hachado, located in the commune of Lonquimay, in the Araucanía Region. At that location, officials from the Criminal Investigation Police of Chile (PDI) received the subject to continue with the corresponding judicial proceedings in the country.
