Violent assault on 46-year-old in Paphos – Two arrests
Two 22-year-old youths have been arrested in Paphos for an assault that seriously injured a 46-year-old man. The victim is receiving hospital treatment for head injuries.

Two youths aged 22 are in custody for assault causing grievous bodily harm. The arrests were made yesterday in Paphos province, following judicial warrants.
The incident occurred in the early hours of 31 May 2026, inside a premises in the area. The victim of the assault was a 46-year-old man.
Following the assault, the middle-aged man was transferred to Paphos General Hospital. Doctors established that he had sustained blows to the head and hospitalisation was deemed necessary.
The two suspects were remanded in custody to facilitate investigations being conducted by Paphos Central Police Station.
