The Dominican Government authorised the extradition of Dutch citizen Reyno Martín Cijntje, alias "Bomba", requested by Curaçao for drug trafficking, attempted murder and money laundering.

Dominican Republic extradites to the Netherlands man linked to criminal organisation "No Limit Soldiers"
The Dominican Government authorised the extradition of 39-year-old Dutch citizen Reyno Martín Cijntje, alias "Bomba", to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, according to acento.com.do. The decision is recorded in decree 774-26, issued by the Executive Branch, which orders his delivery to the Dutch authorities to face justice in Curaçao.
Cijntje had been arrested on 12 October in La Vega during a joint operation by the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) and the Public Prosecutor's Office, in compliance with a judicial order for extradition purposes.
The legal basis for the extradition is the provisional detention order UITL-CUR-U-2026018, issued on 21 September 2026 by a judge of instruction in criminal matters of the Court of First Instance of Curaçao.
The Curaçao authorities allegedly link him to the criminal organisation "No Limit Soldiers", investigated for international drug and firearms trafficking, as well as other violent offences.
The charges that Cijntje must face before Curaçao courts include attempted murder or homicide, repeated involvement in making threats, extortion and coercion—both in completed acts and in attempted form—as well as preparatory acts related to international drug trafficking and repeated complicity in drug import and export operations.
This is supplemented by accusations of attempted possession and trafficking of firearms, in addition to his alleged habitual participation in money laundering operations.
The decree specifies that the authorisation of extradition does not constitute a declaration of guilt, but rather a decision that allows the delivery proceedings to advance in the requesting jurisdiction. With this measure, the Dominican Republic strengthens mechanisms for international judicial cooperation against transnational organised crime.
