On Tuesday, 16 June, at approximately 12.30, police checked a VOLVO motor vehicle parked in Šeimyniškiai village, Anykščiai district. During the check, officers discovered crystalline substances on a passenger born in 2003 that could be narcotic or psychotropic materials.
Officers detained the man and he was taken into custody. An investigation has been launched into unlawful possession of narcotic substances.
