Kaunas officers are investigating an assault that occurred in early May on the city's streets and are seeking witnesses.

On the night of 2 to 3 May, at approximately half past midnight, unknown individuals assaulted a man in central Kaunas on Vytautas Avenue. Following this incident, investigators at the Neman Police Station opened a criminal case under the article concerning the infliction of pain or minor bodily injury.
The incident was recorded by security cameras. The recordings show several individuals whom officers consider important witnesses or possible suspects. Police have released these frames and are appealing to the public.
