On 14 March, at approximately 1:58 a.m., in Vilnius on Gediminas Avenue near a fast-food restaurant, two people were subjected to violence in a public area. The incident was captured by security camera systems.

A preliminary investigation is being conducted at the third precinct of the Vilnius District Police Headquarters under Article 284 of the Criminal Code regarding breach of public order and Article 138, Part 1, regarding minor health impairment.

A young man visible in the video footage is linked by investigators to this incident. Law enforcement is seeking public assistance in establishing the identity of this person.
