During a patrol of a street, officers noticed nervous behaviour from two cyclists. They discovered a significant amount of drug on one of them.

While patrolling one of Poznań's streets, law enforcement officers noticed two cyclists. At the sight of a police car, the men behaved nervously and attempted to hide behind vehicles. Officers decided to investigate what was happening.
During the check, it emerged that one of them had a narcotic substance on him. Tests showed it was methamphetamine. Officers secured a total of over 60 grammes of the substance.
The man who had the drug is a 37-year-old from the Rogoźno municipality. He was placed in a cell. The collected evidence will allow him to be charged with possession of a significant quantity of psychotropic substance.
The offence carries a sentence of up to ten years in prison. The court will make a final decision in his case.
