A Gdańsk court released from notarial confidentiality the person before whom Jerzy Ż. concluded a preliminary agreement with Karol and Marta Nawrocka for the sale of a flat – established by Onet. The prosecutor's office is awaiting the decision to become final, and will then schedule the first examination of the notary. Karol Nawrocki, the president, will probably be examined at the next stage.
