The four citizens detained by the Judicial Police in the so-called "Operation Immergent" were presented in court on Friday. The operation targeted various parish councils, Municipal Chambers and the Socialist Party (PS) headquarters.
Among those detained is an adviser to José Luís Carneiro. The case extends to a total of 37 accused.
"Operation Immergent" constitutes a Judicial Police investigation that encompassed various public and political entities, resulting in the detention of four individuals who have now been subject to judicial presentation.
