Court documents allege Tate filmed child and held extreme pornography on phone

UK prosecutors allege that Andrew Tate filmed sexual acts involving a child and possessed extreme pornography depicting sex acts with animals, including an eel and a horse, according to court documents cited by The Sun.

The documents, filed as part of an extradition request, allege Tate created and shared dozens of indecent images and videos of a girl. Police reportedly recovered the material from his phone during a raid on his home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, following his arrest in 2015 on suspicion of rape.

Tate has also been accused of possessing 168 indecent images and videos of the girl, of which 66 were classified as Category A — the highest severity level under UK law. The child is believed to have been 17 at the time the material was recorded, while Tate was 28, according to the court filing. UK prosecutors claimed he was aware she was underage.

One message retrieved from his phone allegedly showed Tate acknowledging there could be legal consequences due to the girl's age. Other messages, sent on 5 January 2015, allegedly showed the teenager telling Tate that her parents had discovered she was working for him and believed he was using her as a prostitute.

Tate allegedly stated he would not permit the girl to return home, fearing her father might contact police.

Among the Category B videos seized by authorities, one allegedly showed Tate seated on a bed while the girl wore lingerie and held a championship belt. She then allegedly kissed Tate's neck before an adult woman joined and began kissing the child, court documents stated, as reported by The Sun.

Separate material on the device also allegedly included clips depicting explicit acts likely to cause serious physical harm, the court filing claimed.

The broader case against Tate encompasses allegations of rape, assault, human trafficking, controlling prostitution for gain, and possession of extreme pornography.

Tate and his brother Tristan are currently held in a prison in Miami as UK authorities pursue their extradition. British authorities formally initiated extradition proceedings in September, a process his legal team is contesting.

Tate's attorney, Joseph McBride, dismissed the allegations as "prosecution slop". He told TMZ that police were linking Tate to a device allegedly found in a "flop house" and had no evidence he had ever viewed any of the alleged material.

The Sun reported it had reached out to Tate's team for comment.
