Leicestershire Police are searching for Charlie Ryan, 31, who is heavily pregnant and was last seen near Groby Road in Leicester on Friday morning.

Leicestershire Police have launched an urgent appeal for information about a heavily pregnant woman who has been missing since Friday morning, aol.com reports.

Charlie Ryan, 31, was last seen in the Groby Road area of Leicester, near New Parks Way roundabout. She is described as white, 165cm (5ft 5in) tall, with bright blonde hair. At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a black jacket, a grey jumper, black leggings and black shoes.

Officers said they were "extremely concerned" for her welfare and that active inquiries were ongoing.

Investigations carried out so far suggest Ryan may be in the Northfields area of Leicester.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Leicestershire Police.
