Delaware State Police alerts communities to homeless sex offenders

Delaware State Police, led by Superintendent Colonel William D. Crotty, has issued public notifications regarding a number of sex offenders currently reported as homeless within the state, dsp.delaware.gov announced on Friday, 23 October 2026.

The individuals named in the notification are not wanted for failing to register. Rather, the alert serves as a public notice that these offenders have no confirmed fixed address — meaning they cannot be assigned to a specific residential location in the state's sex offender registry.

Police stress that the list represents only a portion of homeless sex offenders currently tracked in Delaware. The complete register is available through the Delaware Sex Offender Registry website.

Anyone with information suggesting that any of the listed individuals are residing at a specific address is asked to contact Delaware State Police at (302) 739-5882. Tips may also be submitted anonymously through Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) 847-3333.
