Three drugs found at Bermejo property; minor among those apprehended

Two people were captured during a raid on a residence in Bermejo, Tarija, following the discovery of marijuana, cocaine and tusi (pink cocaine), El Deber reported. One of those detained is a minor.

Prosecutor Fernando Subia Ruiz stated that the operation was carried out in coordination with anti-drug agents, following prior intelligence work. "Marijuana, cocaine and also the so-called substance known as tusi were found," the prosecutor indicated, noting that both suspects are residents of Bermejo.

Authorities continue to determine the exact quantities of each substance found at the property. "We are still conducting investigative procedures," Subia Ruiz clarified.

The narcotics prosecution does not rule out the participation of third parties in the case. "If there is the involvement of other third parties, rest assured that we will act with the full force of the law against those responsible," the prosecutor warned.
