"Jhonsson Pulpo" detained in La Paz: Bolivia to expel him to Peru
According to noticiastrujillo.pe, the Bolivian Police publicly presented the ringleader of the criminal gang "Los Pulpos", known as "Jhonsson Pulpo", after being captured in the city of La Paz in an operation coordinated with Peruvian and international authorities.
The Bolivian authorities announced his immediate expulsion from the country, so that the criminal, originally from Trujillo, be placed at the disposal of Peruvian justice to answer for the numerous crimes attributed to his criminal network in that province.
Along with the leader of "Los Pulpos", his accomplice Gabriel Mendocilla Gómez was detained. During the operation carried out at their residence, police found multiple forged identity documents and counterfeit passports, elements that would evidence the frequent identity changes that the fugitive would have used to evade the authorities.
With Bolivia's expulsion of him, it is expected that "Jhonsson Pulpo" will soon set foot on Peruvian territory and can be prosecuted for the crimes committed by his criminal organisation in the Trujillo region.
