Bogotá seeks eight murder suspects: seven men and one woman on official wanted poster
Bogota.gov.co reported that, as part of the security strategy Bogotá Camina Segura, Bogotá police published on Wednesday, 18 March 2026 the wanted poster with the eight most-wanted suspects for murders that occurred in the capital during 2025 and 2026. The measure was adopted in coordination with the Office of the Public Prosecutor and through the Criminal Investigation Division.
The list includes seven men with active arrest warrants for aggravated murder and one woman charged with the same crime. All are wanted for incidents recorded in different areas of the city.
The seven men sought
Horacio José Crespo Villeros is under investigation for a murder committed with a firearm on a public road in the Tunjuelito district. David Stiven Rivera Cubides is accused of alleged participation in an incident involving a sharp weapon that occurred during a brawl in Ciudad Bolívar. Juan Carlos García Quitián, also linked to Ciudad Bolívar, would face charges for a murder with a firearm apparently recorded in the same brawl context.
Oscar Libardo Rodríguez Rojas is wanted for the femicide of his wife, which occurred in the Barrios Unidos district. Milton Alfonso Millán Piraján, alias 'El Gordo', is involved in a brawl with a sharp weapon in which a person died in the Rafael Uribe district. Harold Manuel Martínez Ayola, alias 'Campanita', is the alleged perpetrator of the murder of a man in Kennedy. Manuel Alejandro Castro Mora, alias 'Chencho', is wanted for aggravated murder and illegal possession of firearms for incidents that occurred in Suba.
The most-wanted woman
Kleidymar Paola Fernández Sulbaran is wanted as the alleged "instigator" of the murder of young man Jaime Esteban Moreno, which occurred on 31 October 2025.
Brawls behind almost half the cases
Four of the seven men included on the wanted poster committed murder in the context of a brawl. The figure reflects a documented trend: in 2025, 372 murders resulting from brawls were recorded in Bogotá, equivalent to 32% of the total murders in the city that year.
110 arrests for murder so far in 2026
During 2026, Bogotá police have arrested 110 people for the crime of murder: 44 caught in the act and 66 through judicial warrant. Of that total, 14 of those detained were contract killers.
The Mayor of Bogotá, Carlos Fernando Galán, reiterated the authorities' commitment to prosecuting these crimes: "We will continue working to ensure that each case is clarified, that those responsible face justice and that we manage to prevent new acts of violence in the city," said the mayor.
The authorities remind the public that it can report any information about the fugitives through the Emergency Line 123.
