A prisoner from accommodation in Stemwede (Minden-Lübbecke district) failed to return after a period of temporary release. The incident occurred on Saturday, 13 June.
Since then, the whereabouts of the man have been unknown. Investigators believe the fugitive has connections to the Ennepetal area (Ennepe-Ruhr district).
Police explicitly warn against directly addressing or confronting the wanted man. Anyone who sees him should immediately alert the police instead.
