Witness in Fabian murder trial: Hunter touched body and did not call police
In the Rostock courtroom, a hunter named Christian D. had to testify in the murder case involving the deceased Fabian. The witness stated that the defendant Gina H. brought him directly to the location where the dead body of the missing person was found on the night of 13 October.
Although numerous people were searching for the missing person, the hunter failed to inform the emergency services. He even touched the body without subsequently calling for help. In the courtroom, he had to account for his actions.
Particularly striking: there was intensive written communication between the hunter and the main defendant. Within just under four weeks, the two of them sent over a thousand short messages. This high communication frequency was noticed by investigators and was discussed during the trial.
The case concerns the circumstances of Fabian's death. The proceedings in the Hanseatic city continue to raise many unanswered questions.
