The District Court of Eastern Uusimaa in the province of Uusimaa in southern Finland has sentenced a number of people to prison sentences in a wide-ranging court case, including Estonians, it emerged on Sunday from media reports.
Members of the 27-strong international drug ring received sentences for smuggling and distributing over 600 kilograms of narcotics. Many of those convicted were Estonian. The harshest sentence imposed was 13 years in prison.
