Police in Zagreb arrested 27-year-old with more than 14 kilograms of drugs
A large quantity of hashish and marijuana hidden in a private vehicle was discovered during a traffic control on Trešnjevci.

This morning on Trešnjevci, police officers stopped a VW Passat with Slovenian registration plates. A twenty-seven-year-old was behind the wheel. During the vehicle inspection, officers noticed modifications to the rear seat and in the boot.
On that basis, a search warrant was issued. In the car, 10.240 grams of hashish in two packages and 4.488 grams of marijuana in four packages were found. In total, more than 14.5 kilograms of narcotics were seized.
According to investigators' findings, the man had illegally obtained drugs in order to sell them further. He had hidden them in a vehicle that had special modifications.
After the procedure was completed, the suspect was handed over to the detention supervisor. The competent state prosecutor's office received the criminal report.
