A man has been placed in a therapeutic facility by the Cassino court judge for domestic abuse and harassment of family members.

The judge at the Cassino Court of Law has issued a provisional security measure against a man suspected of serious charges of domestic abuse and harassment.
Officers from the Cassino Police Station executed the order. The suspect had previously been issued a formal warning by the Frosinone Prefect of Police. According to the investigation, the man is alleged to have engaged in systematic conduct involving harassment, domination and psychological violence against family members, through insults, threats, intimidation and repeated verbal assaults over time.
In consideration of his health conditions, the judge ordered that he reside at an appropriate therapeutic facility.
It must be noted that the suspect enjoys the presumption of innocence and his case will be definitively assessed only at the conclusion of the trial, with a final judgement.
